Campaign is a game of military and political strategy basec on the Napolenic wars. Any number from two to four may play, each representing one of the nations of the time. Generals, Infantry and Cavalry forces, towns and capitals. nations may form alliances with each other, to be shifted or beoken as the fortunes of war are changed. 

Careful planning and coordination of moves, as well as the ability to negotiate alliances at the tight time are essential.
