The game of revealed hands and shifting strategies
The High Hand challenge is to form the highest-ranking 5-card hand by strategically moving your pawn onto gameboard cards. Landed-on cards become a part of your hand and are placed faceup for everyone to see.
Card by card, players create their hands with each move of a pawn. As hands are revealed, suspense builds and strategies change. Be ready to re-think card selection and reroute pawns if a desired card is picked up or blocked off by opponents' pawns. Also,be alert tp decoy cards that opponents pick up to control the real intent of their hands.
Partner-picking is another High Hand twist. in a 4-players game, you must pick as a teammate the player you think has the best chance of making the highest-ranking 5-card hand. Anticipate the winner and then do everything possible to help the chosen teammate make the High Hand.
Which card will you pick up next? What 5-card hands are your opponents making? Will your pawn be blocked? And who will be your partner?
Who will make the High Hand?
